In the Ledger in TotalMD, you can add and exclude certain pieces of information easily.
In the bottom of the Ledger, there is an Exclude option:
In this screen, we are excluding nothing, so we will see all of the lines that pertain to this patient’s billing:
By excluding Claim History, Statement History and $0 Balances and clicking the Red X, those items will no longer show up in the Ledger:
