If, for some reason, you need to download an ERA from eSolutions into TotalMD a second time, there is a procedure to do this. Once you have downloaded an ERA from eSolutions to TotalMD it will no longer show up as a new ERA. You can create a Task for ERAs in the Task Manager portion of eSolutions to pull up all ERAs for you. If you need help doing that, please contact our support department.
If you do not have a Task, you will go to Claim Manager and in the upper right-hand corner, you will click the Transfer Files button:
You will then see the list of files. To simplify the process, you will want to hit the Filter List button:
You will then get a filter selection box:
You will then see a list of all ERAs – both new and archived:
You will then choose the file(s) you wish to upload again by clicking the brackets to the left:
You will then right-click in the screen and get this drop-down screen:
You will choose to Report Files to SFTP Directory. You will then get an inquiry asking if this is what you wish to do:
You will then click Yes, which will reload the file(s) to TotalMD.
