In TotalMD, you can customize what your scheduler looks like very easily. Here is a link to the YouTube showing how to do this and instructions are below.
By going to the Scheduler and the lower right-hand of the corner you can create, edit and delete views:
To Create a new view, click Views>Manage Views>Create View:
You will then see the Edit Schedule View:
You will first Name your View and Change the Time Interval to match the number of minutes in between appointments for this view. You will then add the Columns by choosing your Providers and/or Resources. Choose Add at the bottom left and then choose either provider or resource:
Once you choose your provider or resource, click Save:
After you have added all of your providers and/or resources, you can Enable Security on this View if you would like. By clicking the Enable Security button in the middle of the screen, you can then choose who can see the view:
Once you have made these choice, you will Save to the upper left in the pop-up box:
You will then see your new View:
You can edit existing views or delete views that you no longer using.
