A few things to keep in mind while using this resource:
- Use the Search function - While the articles are split into categories and sections to make browsing intuitive, the easiest way to answer your question is to use the search box on the Knowledgebase home page. Focus on keywords that would likely be in the article you're looking for. For instance, if you're searching for an error message like "Exception EFCreateError in module Directm.dll at 0001F841." search the most distinctive part of the error, in this case "EFCreateError".
- Provide feedback - This Knowledgebase will always be a work-in-progress, constantly being updated to provide the most up-to-date information available. In order to best do that, we rely on hearing from you to know what you want to know. Is there an article that you needed that you couldn't find?
