From the Scheduler, there is a report that can be generated that will show you your monthly posted and paid payments in a calendar format.
You will start in the Ledger and choose View Month Revenue to the left:
You will then see a calendar in the month that you choose at the top with the arrows that point left and right:
On this calendar, you will see by day what was posted:
By changing your view at the bottom to Posted Payments:
You will see on each day a list of posted payments:
You can change either view to only show totals for the day:
In that same part of the screen, you will see your progress on the monthly goals that you set. The monthly goal is created by setting a daily goal on each day by clicking the Set Daily Goal in the upper left-hand of corner of the screen:
Once you set a daily goal, the progress for that day shows up at the bottom of that day:
The monthly goad will change as you add goals to the day. The first number in the screen indicates where you stand and the bar at the bottom indicates this as well:
The same concept applies when you are looking at Posted Payments. The last customization you can make to this report is to choose only certain providers:
Unclicking boxes will remove that provider from your report.
