Step 1:
Open the windows start menu. You can do this by clicking on the logo in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. With the start menu open, begin typing "Internet Explorer" and it should come up as an application to launch:
Step 2:
Once the Internet Explorer browser has launched, navigate to the address bar at the top of the window and enter https://www.totalmdonline.com. The Work Resources page for logging in should now be on screen
Step 3:
Click and drag the internet explorer icon from the address bar to your desktop. (this icon is highlighted in red in the above picture). Once it's on your desktop, that should be it. You can now successfully double click that icon to reach the login page.
