There are two reasons you may need to reset your TotalMD Online password. The first reason is if you forget or otherwise don't know your password. In that case, contact TotalMD Support by phone or email and request the password be reset. If the primary contact on the account has created one, we may ask a security question. If that succeeds, we can reset your password and you can proceed with the process below.
The other reason the password would need to be reset is your user password will automatically expire every 60 days. When visiting totalmdonline.com and logging in with an expired password, the following screen will appear:
Click where is says here on the page to go to the password reset page:
Enter the current password where it says current password, and then enter the new password you'd like to set in each of the new password fields.
Required password parameters for TotalMD are as follows:
- The password must be a minimum of 8 characters in length
- The password must contain at least one Uppercase character (i.e. A, B, C... etc)
- The password must contain at least one number (i.e. 1, 2, 3... etc)
- The password cannot be a password that has been used before

After you have successfully updated your password, the screen will look like this:
Click the OK button and it will return you to the login page. You can now log in like normal with your new password.
