Printing and Scanning from/to TotalMD Online is quite easy as long as you have the required software.
Once support has created and helped to set up your connection to the cloud server, you’re ready to install TSPrint and TSScan. These softwares run in the background of your computer and bridge TotalMD Online to your already installed printer and scanning software.

TSScan: https://www.terminalworks.com/remote-desktop-scanning/downloads
First, close your connection to TotalMD Online and ensure you are completely logged out.
Then, go to the TSPrint download page. Select your operating system and download the CLIENT.
Run the downloaded file (TSPrint_client.exe) and select yes if User Account Control comes up.
From there, you will click next through a standard installation wizard. If you are still connected to the cloud or to any other Remote Desktop connection, you will receive an error. If you have trouble closing that connection, try restarting your computer and run the install again. When complete, you can click finish and move on to TSScan.
TSScan is an almost identical process. Download the TSScan client from the website and run the install.
